Dangdai·Tianyu residential project is located in the lakefront area on the north shore of the southern lake in Wuhan's sub-centre next to the second ring road of the main city of Wuchang. The project occupies the core location at the golden intersection, surrounded by well-known universities, and adjacent to the four core business districts. The project occupies an area of ​​about 130,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​about 500,000 square meters. It is planned to have villas, high-rise buildings and some commercial ancillary products.

The main idea of the project: exploring and creating the future form of healthy human settlements, using the first standard building materials that focus on the health and well-being of residents.

The project was done right on China National Day and quickly become a sightseeing spot in the city because of its sophisticated and unique designs.
